How your data is processed when you visit urff.art or contact me.

2. Hosting and technical access data

urff.art is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the site, technically necessary connection data is processed, including your IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, status message, browser information and, where applicable, the page previously visited.

This enables the website to be delivered, attacks to be prevented and errors to be investigated. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the site. Server logs are needed only for as long as necessary for these purposes and to investigate specific incidents. They must then be deleted or anonymised. Statutory retention requirements remain unaffected.

3. Contact by email

If you write to me, I process your email address, the contents of your message and any information you choose to provide in order to answer your enquiry. The mailbox support@urfflabs.com is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

Messages are deleted once the enquiry is resolved and they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention requirements or the protection of legal claims require otherwise. You decide which information to include. I cannot reply without a reachable email address.

4. Images, videos, music and fonts

My images, font files, the embedded video and the music sample are delivered by the website server. No external Google Fonts, YouTube or Vimeo service is embedded to display them. The technical access data described under Hosting applies to these requests.

5. Cookies and analytics

urff.art does not embed web analytics scripts or advertising pixels. The media players are configured without persistent storage of their settings in your browser. Further details are available on the Cookies page.

After you make a choice, your selected language or dismissal of the language suggestion is saved in local browser storage under “urffart.language.v1”. This allows your choice to be remembered on later visits. The entry serves only the language feature and is not sent to me. It remains until you delete the website data in your browser.

6. Partner banner and external links

The footer contains the original ALL-INKL.COM affiliate banner. Its image is loaded directly from all-inkl.com. The provider therefore receives technical connection data, particularly your IP address and browser information, when the image is displayed. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is presenting my hosting partner. The banner does not contain an embedded analytics script.

Clicking the banner opens ALL-INKL.COM with my affiliate ID. I may receive a commission if a contract is concluded. Further processing on the destination website is governed by its privacy information. The same applies to other external links and linked web projects.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with future effect. Please contact support@urfflabs.com.

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the place of your habitual residence, workplace or the suspected infringement. The State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony can be reached at www.lfd.niedersachsen.de.
